A lure with a silent action like a fish that stays still in water – Still Pencil. The body is made out of soft plastic to keep it from making sound as the hooks hits it, ensuring the fish never gets cautious because of the sound. It wobbles very, very slowly as if it stays still in water. Sounds simple but it gets the job done. Just fish it by straight reeling for a fun journey.
